Acacia is able to extract a lot of nectar, so the honey gathered while it’s
blooming is rather widespread. This very «Blossom» is special. They’re both

lack of bitterness. It’s light and inherited anti allergic qualities of acacia
as well as its high fructose quantity and ability to keep its liquid consistence
